Vince Love is the best Service Manager I have ever dealt with and Jim the service writer is great. William W. Joseph W. I just want to thank John Sybesma for the very fine service he has given me twice, concerning my 2007 Cadillac STS. Today, John got to my location concerning a severe service problem and was very prompt, informative and courteous in handling my car problems. He quickly diagnosed my car, replaced a dead battery and scheduled a flat bed transport for me due to a transmission problem. Eighteen months ago, John replaced another dead battery, promptly, courteously and very professionally. I write very few thank letters like this. However, these days, I think it is important to managers are aware of the excellence of some their employees and the fact that those employees will generate more business for Hoehn. I currently own a Cadillac CTA and bring it to Hoehn for all my service needs. A majority of the time I work with John and is always a pleasure to work with. I was having issues with my transmission, I mentioned to John that I purchased the extended warranty and hoped it was covered. John did an awesome job of calling me with updates on each service item, giving me estimates, and requesting approvals to move forward. It’s nice to see others work with integrity like John. Sincerely, Nino V. 7/01/2010 Over the past two months your service department, primarily Vince Love, has gone above and beyond the normal perimeters of service on my 2006 Cadillac CTS My car suffered from an unknown or never before repair occurrence which kept me from using my car and or feeling safe doing so. My husband and I knew we could not trade a car that could not be fixed or even sell it to anyone who may come back and hurt or sue us, so we relied solely on Vince to find out what the problem was. Well, he did, I believed, as the past two weeks it has been a perfect vehicle again. It has not been on long journey yet, but my confidence is growing to a point where next week it’s hitting freeways again.
